South East European stocks were mixed on Tuesday as rest of Europe closed lower with investors following the latest developments on the Ukraine crisis. Talks between Russian and Ukrainian officials took place again today in a bid to establish a solid cease-fire and find room for any compromise between Moscow’s and Kyiv’s demands. A looming conflict between Beijing and Washington over the former’s support for Russia’s intervention in Ukraine weighed as well.
