Stocks in South East Europe turned in a mixed performance on Thursday as volatility continued.  A cautious undertone prevailed following hawkish US Federal Reserve minutes and Washington’s new sanctions against Russia. The war in Ukraine is already having considerable economic consequences for the EU, the CEE and SEE — inflation or currency issues to mention just the most visible. Meanwhile, central banks across region have been tightening policy seeking to tame the biggest inflation spike in a decade or more.
