South East European stocks were mostly lower on Tuesday as worries about slowing growth, the war in Ukraine, inflation and interest rates rendered the mood bearish. Romania’s credit outlook hinges on fiscal prudence and EU funds amid slow growth and inflation, Scope rating agency said. In Romania’s neighbor  Moldova,  President Maia Sandu convened an urgent meeting of the country’s Supreme Security Council after a series of explosions in Moldova’s breakaway Transnistria region.
