Three-Month ROBOR Ends May 2-6 Week At 5.20% A Year

Romania’s three-month ROBOR index, the interbank interest rate used as a reference to calculate variable interests for loans in lei taken out before May 2019, has increased to 5.20% a year on Friday (May 6) from 5.16% on Thursday (May 5), as per central bank data.

Hundreds of lei are given for millions of Romanians for half a year. The Minister of Labor, Marius Budai, said that the 50-euro vouchers, which will be given to people in need in Romania from June 1 to December, will be delivered by Romanian Post.
