Equities in South East Europe kicked off the new trading week higher mirroring the trend across the Old Continent. Traders took comfort from loosening Covid restrictions in China. Authorities in Shanghai are rolling out a total of 50 stimulus measures to support the local economy, which has been hit hard by the restrictions.
Meanwhile, Germany and Spain both reported hotter-than-expected inflation in May. In Bulgaria, the EBRD will support EU funding under Bulgaria’s recovery plan with focus on energy sector reform.
