South East European stocks closed mostly lower on Tuesday, as fears of a recession in the euro zone ramped up as central banks tighten monetary policy to rein in soaring inflation have continued to induce volatility in global stock markets. Meanwhile, business growth across the euro zone slowed further last month, partly due to inflationary pressures. In currencies, members of the European Parliament approved on Tuesday Croatia’s bid to enter the Eurozone on January 1 next year.
